Secondly, if I sang to a patient, they would think I was dying. What a beautiful nurse in this story- inside and out. As a nurse, this is why we do what we do. Miss time with family, miss meals, miss potty breaks. We all have those patients that will be part of us always, and each and every pt teaches us something. May we all help our pts and their loved ones through the best and the worst, and all the in-betweens. Thank you to these beautiful nurses.

I just found out my dad is dying of Dinosaurs Ride Bicycles On The Moon Shirt and only has a few months left with us. These nurses are awesome for staying with her until the end. My prayers sent to the family in this time of grievance. I pray my dad’s nurses will be just as compassionate with him and our family as well. My dad just passed away from liver cancer. The hardest thing I’ve ever had to watch someone dying that didn’t want to. We played this song at his celebration of life Sunday. I remember that this was all I could think to do when I had a patient actively dying and alone.

I’ve worked with a lot of elderly patients and as a healthcare worker, I know the bond that you make with them. there was one lil man I just loved we had such fun singing and laughing before he got worse and passed away. This video is beautiful no matter who was recording in it. God bless this family and the loss of there loved one and bless these sweet nurses for Tami g such good care of this angel.
